put the phone down, start pushing
push day counts your push-ups with the front camera. Your iPhone lies on the floor; it watches how far your face is from the screen, and counts every rep.
what it does
- Counts automatically. No tapping, no wearable, no calibration.
- Sets and rest. Every rep is timed, so the summary knows the difference between working and resting.
- Streaks. Days you trained, not days you hit a target.
- Health. Workouts go straight to Apple Health, one activity per set.
- A world counter. Anonymous, opt-out, and it starts at zero.
what it never does
No image from your camera is stored or sent anywhere — the counting happens entirely on your iPhone. There are no analytics, no trackers and no account. The privacy policy says the same thing at greater length.
